Mind Machines and what they're useful for. Our review.

Mind Machines - What are they for? Our review..

Mind machines have been popularized since early 90's (in truth, they've probably been around for much longer)

They're built upon the concept of light and sound for brainwave entrainment. Very useful for improving multiple areas of your life. It combines both sound and light to help induce relaxation and meditation. Without having the necessity of being a guru. This allows patients to heal naturally.

Using a mind machine will help to reduce symptoms of: Stress, Anxiety, Alzheimer's, PTSD, ADD, PMS, CFS, SAD, Depression, Insomnia, Autism, Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia and many other conditions.

The effective use of brainwave frequency entrainment via binaural simulation technology helps to program the mind's elasticity. Invoking deep meditation that will not take years (such as the meditation techniques utilised by monks)

These Mind Machines help to rebuild our neurochemicals and in many patients, this is a completely safe and drug-free alternative to mainstream western medicine and drugs. In fact, various homeopathic practictioners will actually recommend these machines over using drugs as a fix to many ailments and conditions.

Allowing your body to naturally heal and repair itself. On average sessions with a mind machine can last anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. The longer your sessions are; the better you will feel as the time spent with the machine allows your brain to produce important neurochemicals naturally. The importance of which can never be underestimated. Because when our neurochemicals are out of balance; mental diseases and conditions start to easily form.

Heal yourself with a mind machine today and take full advantage of all the health benefits that come with it.

How To Control Your Brainwaves (Binaural Beats)

How To Control Your Brainwaves

Since the beginning of time. Man would seek various ways to induce mind expansion. Herbs, Plants, Fungii, Drugs and many other various ancient esoteric methods. Some processes even require the user to go into a trance-like state. Inducing mind expansion and elevating the voyager into heightened states of awareness.

Today, we're introducing the modern day equivalent to all of that.

Binaural beats.

Discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. This is a phenomenon that results in low-frequency pulsations in the loudness of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately. One to each side of a subject's ears, using stereo capable headphones.

A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones are mixed naturally, out of the brain. The frequency of the tones must be below about 1,000 to 1,500 hertz for the beating to be heard. The difference between the two frequencies must be small (below approximately 30 Hz) for the effect to occur; otherwise, the two tones will be heard separately and no beat will be perceived. It is an illusion brought about by the effectiveness of our own clever human minds.

To test out binaural beats for yourself and entrain your brain to certain frequencies. You can check out Gnaural : Which is an open source binaural-beat audio generator (it's absolutely free) and supports Windows, MacOSX and Linux platforms.

Frequencies and their effects on the human body include :

Frequency range Name Usually associated with:
> 40 Hz Gamma waves Higher mental activity, including perception, problem solving, fear, and consciousness
13–40 Hz Beta waves Active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration, arousal, cognition
7–13 Hz Alpha waves Relaxation (while awake), pre-sleep and pre-wake drowsiness
4–7 Hz Theta waves Dreams, deep meditation, REM sleep
< 4 Hz Delta waves Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness
